Singapore Science Park Oktoberfest 2019 is an annual exclusive event for the tenants and its employees who are working in Singapore Science Park. On 4 Oct 2019, just in time for Oktoberfest, attendees can dig into hearty authentic German feast – Pork Knuckle and Farmer’s Sausage as well as enjoy the Signature Oktoberfest Bier which was brewed specially for Oktoberfest while unwinding to the good music!
Note: This event is exclusive to the tenants and its employees who are working in Singapore Science Park only. Please do not register if you are not working in Singapore Science Park as no refund will be made.

Ticket Entitlement and Policy

• All successful registrants will each be entitled to 1 entry to the Event, 2 cups of Oktoberfest Bier Beers, 2 sets of authentic German delights (1 Main + 1 Side), live band performances and fun-filled fringe activities.
• By attending the Event, you are automatically eligible and will be enrolled to take part in the Lucky Draw.

Lucky Draw:

• By attending the Event, the participants shall automatically be enrolled in the Lucky Draw. All Participants acknowledge and agree that the Organiser may collect and use the Participants’ personal data provided for the Event for the purposes of administering the Lucky Draw.
• Photographs and/or videos will be taken during this Event. By participating in the Lucky Draw, the Participants shall be deemed to grant full rights to the CapitaLand Group to use these images and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for publicity, marketing or other related purposes as set out in the CapitaLand Group’s Data Protection Policy, including printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and other applications.
• The Organiser reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion to change the date, time, location and the mode of drawing of the Lucky Draw if deemed necessary without prior notice.
• The Lucky Draw Winners will be picked from the eligible participants and the draw will be conducted by any one of the Organiser staff.
• One (1) winner will be drawn for the 2D1N weekend stay at Lyf Funan Singapore.
• One (1) winner will be drawn for the 2D1N weekend stay at Citadines Balestier Singapore.

Confirmation

• You will receive a payment confirmation email after purchasing the ticket.
• Your E-Ticket with QR code will only be sent to your registered email address nearer to event date. If you haven’t receive your E-Ticket with QR code before the event, you may write in to us at [email protected]  / [email protected]

Cancellation/Refunds

• After confirmation, no cancellations may be made. Tickets purchased are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
• Tickets will not be refunded where they have been used to gain entry to the Event. 

CapitaLand Group's Personal Data Protection Policy:

• Your Personal Data which you provide in the registration form (the “Personal Data”) will be processed, collected, used and disclosed by Ascendas Services Pte Ltd (the “Organiser”), its related corporations and affiliates, including its holding company, CapitaLand Limited (the “Group”), and authorised agents and authorised service providers of the Group, in accordance with applicable data protection laws, regulations and guidelines to facilitate the coordination and administration of the Singapore Science Park Oktoberfest 2019 (“Event Purpose”). By participating in the Event, you will be automatically enrolled in the Lucky Draw contest which will be held at the Event. Similarly, your Personal Data will also be processed, collected, used and disclosed by The Ascott Limited (the “Ascott Group”) to facilitate the coordination and administration of the Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw Purpose”).
• More information on your rights, the transfer of your Personal Data and our data retention policies is set out in the CapitaLand Personal Data Protection Policy (the “DPP”) (accessible at https://www.capitaland.com/international/en/legal-notices/privacy-policy.html) which you must carefully read.
• By participating in the Event, you consent to the processing, collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Data by the Organiser, the Ascott Group and the CapitaLand Limited Group for the Purposes set out above and within the conditions in the DPP.* You understand that your consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting the Data Protection Officers of the CapitaLand Group, at the contact details set out in the DPP.

Terms and condition

1. Singapore Science Park Oktoberfest 2019 is organised by Ascendas Services Pte Ltd (the “Organiser”) and supported by CapitaLand Singapore (BP&C) Pte Ltd.
2. By participating in the Event, you have read and agree with the Event terms and conditions as well as the CapitaLand Group’s personal data protection policy. 
3. The Organiser reserves the rights to forfeit your admission fee and not grant you access to the Event if you are not an employee of a tenant at Singapore Science Park.  
4. You must be 18 years of age and above.
5. Tickets(s) are non-transferable and non-exchangeable and cannot be sold or redeemed for cash.
6. You are aware that you are taking part in this Event at your own risk and CapitaLand Limited, its employees and its agents, the sponsors, service providers and appointed agencies will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage suffered or otherwise and howsoever arising from the Event.
7. The Organiser will need to collect, use and disclose your personal data for the purposes of the Event.
8. Photographs and/or videos will be taken during this Event by the Organiser or any third parties engaged on behalf of the Organiser. Your photograph, image and likeness including digitalized image likeness (Collectively “images”) may be captured or recorded, and processed by cameras, videography and/or digital imaging systems. By participating in the Event, you shall be deemed to grant full rights to the CapitaLand Group to use these images and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for publicity, for marketing or other related purposes as set out in the CapitaLand Group’s Data Protection Policy, including printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and other applications. You further agree that all intellectual property rights in the photographs, film and/or recording which may be taken of you at the Event belongs solely to the Organiser and its related corporations.
9. The Organiser may cancel or change the Event schedule and programme without any prior notice.
