1. Admission to show/venue by full ticket only. Printed or electronic tickets must be produced for admission.

2. No photography, videography and audio recording is allowed at any time.

3. We welcome attendees of all ages to event. All attendees will be required to purchase tickets to enter the event, regardless of age.

4. VVIP and VIP tiers are Reserved Seating. GA is Free Standing. A queue order for GA will be implemented.

5. We cannot guarantee that vertically-challenged individuals will be able to view the full concert.  

6. Staff members reserve the rights to remove individuals who are disrupting the concert experience for others.

7. Official photography and videography will be taking place, and we seek customer understanding that their image may be captured and will be used for media purposes. By purchasing tickets, you consent to appearing in these official photographs and videos.

Security checks will be conducted during entry and re-entry. For faster access, we recommend that attendees to use bags that can easily opened for checking and to bring minimal items.

Prohibited items
► No glass bottles
► No weapons or replica weapons.
► No cameras of any sort, including, but not limited to still camera, video camera, action camera, etc.
► No selfie sticks
► No audio recorders
► Any other item, at the discretion of the security officers, found during bag checks that may be deemed dangerous and/or detrimental to the running of the event.

Attendees will be asked to leave the queue to dispose of the item(s) or have them kept in the venue lockers and they will have to queue again. Attendees intending to bring these above items are requested to not bring them to the concert or keep them in the venue lockers before entry.

Please note that there are limited lockers at the venue and require payment for usage. Cloak room services will not be provided.
