Description

This meeting will aim to improve education and research into GDM, obesity & metabolic diseases in pregnancy, women and children in Singapore, Asia Pacific and beyond. It will also facilitate collaboration with national, regional and international societies/professionals in research, education and management in GDM, obesity and metabolic diseases in pregnancy, women and children.

The programme will discuss global, regional and local perspective in pregnancy diabetes management and diagnosis and also a special focus on exercise in pregnancy. The second day is opened only to the Asia and Oceania Federation of Obstetrics and Gynecology (AOFOG) Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) committee members and regional experts in GDM to discuss screening and diagnostic approaches for GDM as well as future research to address the current gaps in GDM in Asia.

We encourage all health professionals working on diabetes, obesity & metabolic diseases in pregnancy to sign up for the event on 10th January 2020! CME and CNE points will be awarded for participants.
