1. Age Restrictions:

• Entry to the event is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
• All attendees must present valid identification (NRIC, passport, or driver’s license) at the entrance. Anyone unable to provide proof of age will be denied entry without a refund.

2. Ticketing and Entry:

• All tickets are electronic and will be issued via email with a unique QR code corresponding to your table booking.
• Each QR code is valid for entry for the number of attendees registered under the table booking. The number of attendees must match the registration details.
• Attendees must present their QR code at the entrance for scanning. The QR code can be shown on a mobile device or printed out.
• The QR code is valid for a single entry for all attendees associated with the table booking. Re-entry is allowed only if the attendee retains their official event wristband and has not violated any event rules.
• Please ensure your device is charged and your QR code is accessible at the time of entry. The event organizers are not responsible for issues related to unreadable QR codes due to device problems.
• The QR code is non-transferable and can only be used by the original ticket holder(s) associated with the table booking.
• No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be permitted unless the event is postponed or canceled by the organizers.

3. Responsible Drinking:

• Alcohol will only be served to individuals aged 18 and above.
• The event organizers and venue staff reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to anyone who appears intoxicated or under the influence.
• Attendees are encouraged to drink responsibly. Excessive drinking and disorderly behavior will not be tolerated.

4. Re-entry Policy:

• Re-entry is permitted for attendees wearing the official event wristband provided at entry.
• Attendees must retain their wristbands throughout the event to ensure re-entry. Lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced.
• Re-entry may be denied to any attendee who violates event rules, behaves inappropriately, or fails to comply with security checks.
• The event organizers reserve the right to refuse re-entry to any individual at their discretion.

5. Prohibited Items:

• No outside food, beverages, or alcohol are allowed into the event venue. All bags are subject to inspection.
• Weapons, illegal substances, and any items deemed dangerous or inappropriate by security personnel are strictly prohibited.

6. Dress Code:

• Attendees are required to wear appropriate footwear and clothing at all times. Bare feet, offensive clothing, or attire deemed inappropriate by the event staff will not be allowed.
• For safety reasons, high heels, flip-flops, or any footwear that may cause injury on a crowded dance floor are discouraged.
• The event organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove anyone not adhering to the dress code without a refund.

7. Code of Conduct:

• Attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and orderly manner at all times.
• Any form of harassment, violence, or inappropriate behavior towards other attendees, staff, or performers will result in immediate removal from the event without a refund.
• The event organizers reserve the right to deny entry or eject anyone who violates the code of conduct.

8. Health and Safety:

• Attendees must adhere to any health and safety guidelines in place at the time of the event, including but not limited to mask-wearing, safe distancing, or vaccination requirements.
• In case of an emergency, please follow the instructions of the event staff and security personnel.

9. Liability:

• The event organizers, venue, and associated parties are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by attendees during the event, including but not limited to accidents, theft, or personal injury.
• Attendees assume all risks associated with their participation in the event.

10. Photography and Media:

• By attending the event, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These images or recordings may be used by the event organizers for promotional purposes without compensation.

11. Alcohol Service Hours:

• Alcohol service will end 30 minutes before the event concludes, in accordance with Singapore’s licensing regulations.
• Last orders for alcohol will be announced in advance.

12. Smoking Policy:

• Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Smoking in non-designated areas will result in ejection from the event.

13. Amendments:

• The event organizers reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to attendees prior to the event.
