1. Tickets purchased are valid for a specific time slot and allow for a single entry during the allocated time.
2. Each ticket admits one person only.
3. Each time slot is limited to 2 hours.
4. Each ticket includes a complimentary ice cream, and tote bag.
5. Each person is allowed to purchase a maximum of 4 tickets per order to maintain fairness.
6. Once order is confirmed, please check your confirmation email. Your tickets will be sent as an attached PDF file to that email. You can print your ticket anytime for safekeeping.
7. You must present your ticket at the event entrance.
8. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other time slots.
9. Lost tickets cannot be replaced.
10. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule or venue if necessary.
