Early Bird Draw

The Early Bird Draw is open to all diners until 30 June 2025, Monday (2359hrs). Ticket(s) purchased after this date and time will not be eligible.

• Each ticket purchased is entitled to ONE chance for the Early Bird Draw.
• The Early Bird Draw will be announced during the dinner.
• To claim the prize, the winner must present the ticket during the Early Bird Draw. Failure to do so will lead to forfeiture of the prize; prompting a redraw.
• The Early Bird Draw prize is an Apple 11” iPad 128GB Wi-Fi (A16 chip, 2025).
• Any disputes arising from this Early Bird Draw will be resolved by the 60th NDD BH Organising Committee in its sole discretion.

• I acknowledge that photographs and videos may be taken during the event for publicity purposes.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of registration to confirm your place at the event.
• No refunds will be provided once payment has been made, except in cases where the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the 60th NDD BH Organising Committee.

General Terms

• Dress code will be Smart Casual.
• Tickets are non-transferable.
• The organisers reserve the right to cancel registrations if provided information is found to be incorrect.
• Ticket price includes: 7-Course Dinner, Live Performances, Lucky Draw and 2-way Transport.
• Purchase your tickets in a single transaction to secure seats at the same table. 
• Halal and Vegetarian diners will be seated ONLY at respective Halal or Vegetarian tables. 
• Individual participants’ particulars are encouraged.
• 60th NDD BH Organising Committee reserves the right to:

1. Refuse entry or remove participants for disruptive behaviour;
2. Amend the above Terms & Conditions any time without prior notice.

Indemnity

• I accept full responsibility and agree to indemnify the People's Association, together with its staff, and agents, against all claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses arising from any injury, loss or mishap that may occur during my participation in any People's Association course or activity, including the use of rented equipment. I understand and acknowledge that I cannot hold the People's Association liable for any loss of property, injury or loss of life sustained during or resulting from such participation.
