These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of tickets for the "Ibu adalah Syurgaku" event (the "Event") organized by Serambi Seni Budaya Melayu ("Organizer"). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Ticket Purchase and Payment:

• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable Singaporean law or as specifically stated herein.
• Tickets are subject to availability.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
• The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or cancel tickets purchased through unauthorized resellers.
• Ticket prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).

2. Ticket Validity and Entry:

• Each ticket grants admission to one person only.
• Tickets must be presented in their original form (printed or digital) for entry.
• The Organizer reserves the right to verify the authenticity of tickets.
• Latecomers may be admitted at the discretion of the Organizer.
• Re-entry may be restricted or prohibited.

3. Event Changes and Cancellations:

• The Organizer reserves the right to change the event program, performers, date, time, or venue without prior notice.
• In the event of a cancellation, the Organizer may offer a refund or reschedule the event.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the Organizer's policy and may be subject to administrative fees.
• The Organizer is not liable for any consequential losses or expenses incurred due to event changes or cancellations.

4. Conduct and Safety:

• Attendees must comply with all instructions and directions given by event staff.
• The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed disruptive, offensive, or unsafe.
• Attendees are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
• Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: outside food and beverages, weapons, illegal substances, and recording devices (unless authorized).
• Photography and videography may be restricted or prohibited.
• The Organizer may conduct security checks for the safety of all attendees.
• Attendees consent to be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes by the organizer.

5. Liability:

• The Organizer is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property occurring at the Event, except where caused by the Organizer's negligence.
• Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the Event.

6. Intellectual Property:

• All intellectual property rights associated with the Event, including but not limited to, the event name, logo, and program, are owned by the Organizer.
• Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Event without the Organizer's permission.

7. Data Protection:

• The Organizer will collect and process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore.
• Personal data will be used for event management, communication, and marketing purposes.
• Attendees consent to the Organizer's collection and use of their personal data as described in the Organizer's privacy policy.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these ¹  Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of ²  Singapore.
