How to update Shipping Tracking with Ticket2U
Go to your event Dashboard, click on View Transactions. Or go to My Event at top right menu, find your event, click on Tickets.
Go to Transactions, Filter your result, click on Shipping Tracking button on which customer you would like to update. Remember to update your transaction to Claims status. This will made your search easier future to remind you or your team that this transactions has been shipped.
Update your Shipping Tracking Number and remark. This can be any courier company that you wanted to use. After save, click on Send Tracking Code To Buyer and the buyer will receive instant notification email and will be able to track their shipping anytime they needed to.
How Customer Track their Parcel / Packages?
Several ways for your customer to track their packages.
- Email Notification once event organiser updated the Shipping Tracking
- Go to the event page, click on Track Shipping button, insert Tracking Number
